The aim of this study was to use a novel combination of qualitative techniques to explore childrenвЂ™s current views, experiences and perceptions of out-of-school physical activity as well as offering formative opinion about future intervention design. Further, research has been limited to singular qualitative methods that overlook childrenвЂ™s varied linguistic ability and interaction preference. Though other economic factors are involved, the higher-rated shows usually get renewed and the lower-rated ones get cancelled.Research to increase childrenвЂ™s physical activity and inform intervention design has, to date, largely underrepresented childrenвЂ™s voices. While these numbers donвЂ™t include further delayed or streaming viewing, they are a very good indicator of how a show is performing, especially when compared to others on the same channel.
